The book Chefs Eat Brisbane was born from a simple idea: if you want to understand a city, go to the people feeding it.
These chefs represent the spirit of the city: people with strong points of view, generosity, craftsmanship and a genuine connection to place. Having worked in professional kitchens myself, I wanted to create something that leaves a legacy for the chefs and hospitality workers helping shape this city.
