Ray White Queensland held their 2023-24 annual awards with local offices Ray White Collective, Ray White New Farm, and Ray White Ascot winning prestigious awards.
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said the group was proudly celebrating 100 years of operation in Brisbane.
“The White family has taught us to look forward – to relentlessly pursue our ambition. Our ambition here in Queensland; to be the best in market, which as we get closer paradoxically gets further away,” Mr Andrew said.
Haesley Cush and Matt Lancashire head up The Collective, and Mr Cush spoke on behalf of the team, thanking the White family and reflecting on his 28-year Ray White journey at New Farm and The Collective.
“I consider it a privilege that I have worked and grown up under the White family’s leadership,” Mr Cush said.
“This is our 19th year at Ray White New Farm and my 28th year at Ray White awards… Tonight, like every awards night, holds a special spot in the memory bank.
“The energy that we create together by pushing and challenging each other is a big part of the magic. We know we are not perfect, but we hunt those imperfections.
“Starting our group from a small office in New Farm with only five people and seeing it now acknowledged as the number 1 Ray White group is a very humbling experience.”
“We are nothing without our people, our supporters and our clients,” he said.
Ray White Collective was named the Top Business by settled commission and Ray White New Farm took out Top Office by settled commission.
Ray White Ascot won the top Property Management Office by revenue growth, with Co-Principal Damon Warat and team member Chadwick Harding receiving award recognition too.
Mr Warat said the night of nights was a huge success for the team.
“Alex and I couldn’t be prouder of the hard work of the team over the last 12 months and it was great to see the team recognized for their efforts on stage in front of over 1500 members of Ray White,” he said.
Co-Principal Alexander Shean acknowledged his peers and their dedication.
“We’re proud to have been named a Top 10 Office in QLD, #1 Property Management Office in QLD, and #2 Internationally.”
“Congratulations to Chadwick Harding for winning PM of the Year and Damon Warat for the Excellence in Marketing award! These achievements reflect our team’s dedication, and we look forward to continuing the momentum,” he said.
