Art with heart at Brisbane Rotary Art Show

Rotarians Greg Beard, Murray Bell and David Frost

This year’s Brisbane Rotary Art Show was a wonderful celebration of art, in support of people at risk of homelessness, attracting over 15,000 visitors and 500 artists.

The Best in Show prize of $20,000 was awarded to Carolyn Watson for her striking sculpture ‘Stage Fright (Hinderlimp)’

You can still support the show by purchasing tickets in the major raffle, available until August 27.

The prize is a $10,000 Ultimate Party Bus Experience. Tickets are limited to 450 and can be purchased by scanning the QR code.

Organisers, Rotary Club of Paddington and Rotary Club of Brisbane High Rise, would like to thank the many supporters, including major sponsors, Pitcher Partners, Hutchinson Builders, MacDonnells Law and Tribeca Homes.

Through their generosity, they have made a difference in supporting The Lady Musgrave Trust and The Coffee Brigade.

Brisbane Rotary Art Show looks forward to returning to Central Plaza for the 44th year next year.
