Marty Foelz may be one of the younger members of the Ray White New Farm team, but he holds the same deep gratitude for Matt Lancashire and Haesley Cush as his more experienced colleagues.
Since joining the office three years ago, Marty says the two directors have already had a major influence on his life, shaping not only his career but also his personal growth.
“Being a part of the team for three years has had a huge influence not only on my growth as an agent but also developing at a young age and having such good role models,” Marty says.
Originally from Dalby, Marty moved to Brisbane at the age of twenty and entered real estate through a close family friend, Brittany Denham, who encouraged him to join the group after working closely with Matt and Haesley herself.
He has since found a strong sense of belonging at Ray White New Farm, praising the office culture and the way the team makes everyone feel involved.
Marty says the team’s willingness to help sets the office apart, and he credits the supportive culture as one of the main reasons he feels so connected to the business.
Looking ahead, Marty’s long-term goal is to remain with Ray White New Farm, where he hopes to keep building his career while also continuing to strengthen his ties to the local community.
“I see myself at Ray White for the long run, it is a great office in a great area, and I am grateful for the people and the opportunities that have come my way,” he says.
