Ray White New Farm is celebrating its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of growth, community connection, and life-changing real estate moments.
Lead agent Dimitri Cassidy has been part of the team for six years, having started as a sales associate for two years before stepping into his current role.
He works closely with his sales team, Willow Sharrock and William Aston, and jokes: “Where there are two Wills there is always a way.”
Dimitri specialises in New Farm, Teneriffe and nearby suburbs including the 4005 and 4006 postcodes, helping families and individuals find homes they love.
The most rewarding moment came with 37 Isabella Street in Tarragindi, a street he knows well from growing up there, which sold for $200,000 above reserve, creating a life-changing outcome for the seller and an unforgettable experience for Dimitri.
He says the lessons he has learned at Ray White New Farm go beyond sales, inspired by the talented people he works with every day.
The lesson that has stuck with him most is simple but powerful.
“When a boulder falls into the stream and blocks the water’s path, the water always finds a way around it,” Dimitri says.
He says this mindset has helped him navigate the challenges of real estate, reminding him that there is always a path forward.
Reflecting on the office reaching 20 years, he praises Haesley Cush and Matt Lancashire for building not just a business, but a supportive, inspiring team culture.
In his six years with the company, he has seen the office grow and thrive, and he feels lucky to be part of a team where everyone works hard, supports one another, and celebrates success together.
“It’s a privilege to be part of the Ray White family,” Dimitri says.
“The environment here makes every challenge worthwhile, and being able to help people through such important moments in their lives is truly special.”
